Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The villa is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests, and we kindly ask that shoes be removed indoors when possible. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. The villa is not baby-proofed, and guests are reminded to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's natural elements. The villa offers a comfortable environment for remote work, with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. A laptop computer is not included, but the spacious living areas provide ample room for setting up a temporary home office.
