The backyard and pool area are shared with the property owner, who resides next door. While the home is rented out, they won't be using these spaces, except occasionally to water plants. For your safety and privacy, a 24/7 motion-activated Ring cam is installed, recording audio and video, focusing solely on the front door. Additionally, there's a surveillance camera in the backyard, recording only entrances, to ensure your security while maintaining your indoor privacy. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas, at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules above or for excessive cleaning required.
