Situated in the historic and picturesque Lincolnville neighborhood, The Ray is just a short walk from everything St. Augustine has to offer. It's an 8-minute walk to downtown St. Augustine's King Street and a 6-minute walk to the Lightner Museum and the south side of downtown. St. Augustine Beach is a 15-minute drive away. The neighborhood itself is known for its deep history and charm, with local favorites like Blue Hen, Preserved, and Dog Rose Brewery within walking distance. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There are active security cameras installed in the back parking lot and the stairwell of the building. No private areas can be seen, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
