Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. The spa heating is free but controlled by a phone app, requiring guests to contact the host to have it turned on.
