Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials. Enjoy a private yard and a spacious patio that includes a fire pit and porch swing. Private driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles. Located in East Central Salt Lake City, just minutes from 9th & 9th, one of the city’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, local boutiques, yoga studios, and everyday essentials. This home is 2 miles to Downtown Salt Lake City, 2.5 miles to Salt Palace Convention Center, and 1.5 miles to University of Utah. You are also within driving distance to top outdoor destinations like Snowbird (24 miles), Alta (25 miles), Brighton (28 miles), Solitude (26 miles), Park City (29 miles), and Deer Valley (30 miles). No Smoking/Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level is required out of respect for the neighbors. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) incur a pet fee that can be found in the listing. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Requests for early check-in or late check-out require 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability, and a fee will be charged accordingly. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Host is not responsible for any lost items. To recover an item, please contact guest services via the booking platform. We can ship items back for a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping, payable in advance. Items left behind will be held for 14 days; after this period, they are considered abandoned.
