The spacious living area invites you to unwind after a day of exploration, with plush furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. You can whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances. The apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Enjoy the building amenities, including a heated rooftop pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor space, BBQ grill, and fitness center. Step outside and discover the bustling streets of the Central Business District, where a world of excitement awaits. Indulge in mouthwatering Creole and Cajun cuisine at nearby restaurants, or sample freshly shucked oysters at a local seafood joint. Immerse yourself in the soulful sounds of jazz music drifting from historic clubs and lively street performers. For a dose of history, stroll to nearby landmarks like Lafayette Square and the historic French Quarter, where you can admire stunning architecture and soak up the city's unique charm. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No outside guests are allowed without permission. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
