The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware, and the condo includes a washer, dryer, central air, and heat. Upgrades include a drip coffee maker, clothes iron, blow dryer, and smart TV. Parking is available at a self-park garage across the street at 135 Roosevelt Way, with rates starting at $25 per 24 hours. Located in the vibrant downtown area of New Orleans, this condo offers easy access to local attractions such as the Mercedes Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Café Du Monde, Jackson Square, St. Louis Cathedral, Orpheum Theater, The Saenger Theater, Louis Armstrong Park, and the House of Blues. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests or visitors require management consent. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver's License is required upon booking. Guests within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. This is a non-smoking building, and violations will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violations. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items on the premises. The number of guests on the reservation cannot exceed the booking limit, including visitors, and failure to comply may result in cancellation. Prior approval is required for same-day late check-ins.
