Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before booking. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The number of guests on the reservation cannot exceed the number specified in the booking, including visitors.
