A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
