The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a center island snack bar. The dining area offers vaulted ceilings and seating for the whole group. Enjoy the L-shaped deck with a hot tub, firepit, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and comfortable seating. There's also a fenced-in backyard with an additional firepit and string lights, and four swings under the main balcony. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog or $100 for 2 dogs, collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested through the digital guestbook, subject to availability and a small fee. Nestled just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, the cabin offers privacy without sacrificing convenience. This is a mixed-use neighborhood, so please respect the neighbors. All-wheel drive and snow tires or chains are recommended in winter. This is a smoke-free home with no smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use allowed. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for the neighbors. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and a rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. Parking should only be done in the cabin driveway.
