Pool heating is available year-round for an additional fee. This is a pet-friendly home, welcoming pets for a $200 fee per pet. Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles. Located just steps away from the breathtaking Scenic 98 beach access, this home offers easy access to the beach and nearby attractions via a short walk or an even shorter ride in the included 4-passenger golf cart. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Student groups under 25 are only accepted with prior approval and a non-negotiable cash deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
