The second floor houses a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoors, enjoy a fire table with Adirondack chairs and a spacious front porch with a dining table and cozy seating for everyone. Guests can bring their bikes to explore the town on wheels. Drifters offers daily bike rentals and will deliver them directly to the home. The Old Town Trolley Tours provide a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city, and Lincolnville, where this home is located, boasts the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood, offering flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment right on your doorstep. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. The home has actively recording security cameras installed at the front and back (exterior only). Tampering with or disconnecting the internet to these cameras may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying.
