A washer and dryer are available in the house for your use, and grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute drive for purchasing consumables. Situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a park, this home is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from the Vestal Parkway, the mall, downtown, several grocery stores, and highway access. Binghamton University and the three area hospitals (Wilson, Lourdes, and Binghamton General) are also a 5-10 minute drive away, and the airport is a 15-20 minute drive. A bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk away, and local Uber/Lyft services are readily available. Late check-outs before noon will incur a late check-out fee of $150, and any late check-out after noon will be charged $250. No pets are allowed due to owner allergies, and booking guests will be charged an allergen cleaning fee of $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house, with a $500 fee for violations.
