Note that stairs may be required, and the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, available for additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally situated, it's a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride to various attractions. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. The apartment offers a remote work-friendly environment with 100mbps+ internet, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
