This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs; ground floor units are available upon request. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it's just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are restricted. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour.
