The apartment features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer and dryer, a complimentary coffee, and a patio. Decor and layout may vary slightly from photos, as there are multiple units in the building. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
