Enjoy 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer and dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, an arcade, and a large outdoor fireplace. Pool access is subject to season and weather. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-$300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions, this apartment is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas.
