The A/C runs from May to October, and the heating system works from November to May. These settings are controlled by the building management. Includes private high-speed internet, a standing desk (Uplift), a work chair (Uplift), a 34-inch ultra-wide monitor (Samsung), a microphone (Blue Yeti), a webcam (Logitech), computer speakers (Logitech), an LED streaming light, a green screen, a keyboard (Logitech), a mouse (Logitech), a laptop stand, and a TOTU 16-in-1 Triple Display USB-C 3.1 Docking Station.
