Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Moving any plants in the home is prohibited. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. The apartment has three floors total: The first floor contains the living room space and kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom, laundry, and the master bathroom.
