Amenities include a Jenn-Air stove, whirlpool tubs, four smart app-enabled TVs including an 80-inch 4K screen, DVD, VCR, Blue Ray, iPod dock, wireless internet, garage, and fish sink. Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and a qualified babysitter can also be arranged. This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and our champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Activities include beach swimming, boating, off-shore fishing, on-shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru clay tennis courts, top golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours and culinary adventures. Plus, it's only an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. If a pet is discovered on the property, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control. The person making the reservation shall be held liable for any damage to the property, its' contents or surroundings. A $500 fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy. [SI]
