The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional pet fee of $20 per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Restrictions apply to the following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form): Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. With effortless access to top attractions, it’s a stylish and calming haven designed to elevate your stay. Guest verification is required, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered.
