The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans. The living room features a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 55" HDR smart TV, and a coffee table. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night. The pet combined weight limit is up to 80 pounds. The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted: Akita, American Bulldog, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky Breeds, Malamute, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and St. Bernard. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 per 2 hours, and you must message 24 hours beforehand to see if this request can be authorized. With effortless access to top attractions, it’s a stylish and calming haven designed to elevate your stay. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed check-out, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Please be aware that regular pest control is conducted at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants.
