The dining room, with its unique light fixtures and art décor, offers a restaurant-like feel, making every meal special. The inviting living room, with its rustic decor and stunning accent wall, provides a spacious layout for easy socializing. Step into comfort and relaxation with five thoughtfully designed bedrooms featuring king, queen, and bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Free parking is available to all guests on the premises. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Houston, a city known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. While you’re here, be sure to check out the culinary scene, which is sure to impress. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo, and Minute Maid Park, all within a 30-minute drive. Exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose offer great restaurants and lively bars. The water and ice dispenser from the fridge are not working, and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, allowing you to stay connected and entertained during your stay.
