The fully equipped chef’s kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, whether preparing a cozy meal or a grand feast. Gather around the rustic wooden table in the inviting dining room, designed for connection and comfort. Free parking is available to all guests on the premises. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Houston, known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. The water and ice dispenser from the fridge are not working, and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be discussed in advance. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. The house is equipped with smart TVs featuring streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. A laptop computer is not included.
