The fully equipped chef’s kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity with appliances including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials. Free parking is available to all guests on the premises. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Houston, known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. The water and ice dispenser from the fridge are not working, and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended. The home offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a spacious layout for easy socializing, making it a remote work-friendly environment.
