Luxury linens and towels are included. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including private beach access. A beach gear rental credit is provided for reservations between 3 and 21 nights, which can be used toward beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and beach carts. Optional services such as grocery delivery, chef services, babysitting, and kayak rentals are available for an additional fee. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 gate pass fee per vehicle. Fireworks and the discharge of firearms are prohibited within DeBordieu Colony. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. Guests must vacate the premises immediately in the event of a mandatory evacuation order. Long distance calls made to the property will be charged along with a $25 fee. Grilling is not permitted on decks, porches, balconies, pool areas or on the beach.
