The bathroom is fully stocked with a walk-in shower, bathtub, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per night and per individual penalty. Early check-in or late check-out at 1 PM is available for a small fee. This home is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from shopping centers and local restaurants. Use Google Maps with "Costa Lago St, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances. To avoid neighbor complaints, please keep noise levels low, especially after 9 PM, and keep windows closed. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, it's $1000 for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Each unauthorized guest will incur a $100 per night and per individual penalty. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls. Do not break any sprinklers. No DJ allowed, $1000 for violations. Please remain inside the property and avoid wandering around the neighborhood, as this may disturb nearby residents. Kindly refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or making noise in public areas, especially in the middle of the street. Includes fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and a workspace in the king-size bedroom. You have access to the entire studio on the left side of the property with your own gated yard and 1 assigned parking space. There is a main house on the right that has its own yard and parking. The front door has a security camera that records the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7. There is also a noise decibel monitor outside the house that measures the noise level 24/7. [SI]
