With plenty of natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this space is perfect for enjoying a slower pace of life. The fully equipped kitchen is a spacious and stylishly designed culinary haven, featuring stainless steel appliances, an oversized kitchen island, and plenty of counter space. The dining room offers a classic rustic wooden dining table with bench-style seating, perfect for sharing meals with loved ones. The living room, with its high ceilings, oversized U-shaped sectional, and pool table, exudes comfort and relaxation. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, Quinlan is a quiet, rural city situated just five miles west of Lake Tawakoni. Known for its friendly suburban environment and rural charm, Quinlan offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life without compromising on city amenities. Explore Lake Tawakoni, Lake Tawakoni State Park, and local community events. For those interested in exploring Dallas, attractions like The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and the Mesquite Championship Rodeo are within a 50-minute drive. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.
