Please be mindful of noise levels as there is a workspace below and another unit to the side. Security cameras are installed on the exterior for your safety, and tampering with them is prohibited. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. HVAC settings should remain between 68 and 76 degrees to avoid system overload. Check-in requires completion of an independent third-party verification and signing of house rules at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A laptop computer is not included.
