The third bedroom is designed for groups or kids, with two twin-over-full bunk beds. The house includes two full bathrooms with modern fixtures and tub-shower combos. The open living area has comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, with ample counter space and a large dining table for group gatherings. Outside, the huge deck offers plenty of seating and direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf just steps away. The only off-limits areas are any locked storage spaces and the garage reserved for owner use. Guests have full access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor deck. The beachfront area is just steps away and easily accessible. Large gatherings, loud parties, and unauthorized events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted unless otherwise approved. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If smoking outside, properly dispose of cigarette butts. No pets are allowed. Respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Park only in designated areas and avoid blocking driveways or access points. Rinse off sand before entering the house and follow local beach rules. Bag and dispose of all trash properly in the outdoor bins. No rearranging furniture or removing items from the house. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional fee.
