Short-Term/Vacation Rentals- Pricing is based on a 2 night minimum during the off season, a 3-4 night minimum on holiday/peak weekends and full week/7night rentals during peak season with a max occupancy of 17 guests. Mid-Term/Long Term Rentals- These are only available during the off season and pricing is based on a 2 month minimum with an 8 guest occupancy for $6000/month utilities included. For each additional guest there is an additional $250/month rent increase with a maximum capacity of 17 guests. Off Season Discounted Rates- During the off season pricing is discounted 20% for 1 week stays, 30% for 2 week stays, 40% for 3 week stays and 50% for 4 week stays. The Brigantine Surf Shack is the perfect place for family gatherings, smaller groups of friends, traveling nurses, AtlantiCare medical residents, corporate healthcare housing, remote workers, corporate/family relocation, contractors and insurance temporary housing. It has a laid-back Hawaiian vibe with a customizable ambience for any occasion. The games, TV's, bar, patio, spacious rooms and endless entertainment provide you with all the essentials for a recipe of nothing but a good time and memories that will last a lifetime. The property is eco-friendly and most products, systems and energy have been converted to sustainable sources so please keep this in mind throughout your stay. The property is a 6-bedroom, 3-bath, single family home with spacious rooms and plenty of seating. Every room is equipped with a personal desk space, smart TV, blackout curtains and sleep machine, There is an enclosed backyard with patio dining seating for 12 and an attached garage converted into a rec room. The house has a laid-back, eclectic, homey feel and has all of the basic essentials you would find in a home. The entertainment options are endless, so boredom is not an option. An arcade machine along with a Nintendo, N64, Wii, foosball, ping pong, board game library and plenty of yard games will keep any group busy and having fun. The mood lighting throughout the house and yard creates the perfect ambience and watching outdoor movies and games on the 75inch screen is a great way to relax when the weather is nice. With a bar, beach gear and boards, outdoor shower, hammock, full kitchen, grill, games, TV's and blackout curtains in every bedroom this house has it all and is the perfect place for any gathering. It's located in the much-desired Brigantine A-zone near the Brigantine Circle, is a short walk to many stores, 3 blocks to the beach and a 10 min drive to Atlantic City. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is not a party house. No commercial, large or noisy groups please. Dogs are permitted with pre-approved arrangements before booking for a fee.
