It's a separate stand-alone house that's perfect for 1 or 2 students or professionals. Central a/c, not those noisy window/wall units. Polished concrete floors. Professional exterior exterminator service monthly. Culligan water treatment You wont even have to make an initial Target run for soap, towels, sheets, baggies, dishes, pots/pans, plates, cooking & eating utensils. Intentionally sans fabric: Clorox/Lysol wipes can be used on any of the furniture surfaces. The washer & dryer are front-loading full size. The self-cleaning gas range has an air fryer. To eliminate 2 chores from your life: the refrigerator has an icemaker, and there's a dishwasher. All kitchen appliances stainless steel. The living/dining table is so big that it can be both where you eat, as well as where you spend lots of time on your PC, with plenty of workspace to spread out. Aside from the pics, it has an extension piece that can add 18 inches to the width. The couch has a fold-down center console with power outlets, USB ports, cupholders; it can be your alternative (or primary) desk. 2 very large closets (1 walk-in) provide lots of storage. Your guest house is in the eclectic Blenman-Elm neighborhood. Most properties (and this one) were built in the FDR New Deal Act during the 1930's, and thus, are very representative of the Tucson style. They're unique, and well-built, not carboard carbon copies of one another. The Tucson Chamber of Commerce boasts 350 days of sunshine a year, so you can enjoy your commute to campus: 30 minute walk, or 10 minute bike ride. Do you love to let the breeze blow through? The front & back doors have steel security door screens, and it's in a really nice neighborhood. On top of that, it has an ADT security system which also includes fire & smoke & CO detectors which all communicate to ADT's monitoring centers. There are exterior flood lights around the entire property. Do you love to cook? Gas stove, every utensil & pot & pan you'll need + gas air fryer + convection oven. Do you hate to cook? There are many places where you can walk or bike which are very close to here. Tucson's population is 500,000+ so there are many delivery choices too - and among them, the most authentic Mexican food you'll ever taste. Do you like to hike? It abounds; welcome to the Rocky Mountain range: as close as 4 miles away. Do you like to bike? Either BYOB(bike), or do one of the rentals like you've seen in NYC, Boston, most other cities, port-to-port (dock it, then pick up another when you're ready to ride elsewhere, or back home). EXCEPTIONALLY BIKE FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD ... and the whole town is too. Do you need to take the bus? Checkout the website for SunTran if you won't have your own vehicle. Do you just want to stay inside & study or game or hibernate? The central a/c works great, and the new blinds block the sun. You'll need to bring your own TV so that you'll get the features important to you. The ductwork was professionally cleaned in August 2022. Even though pot is legal in Arizona, sorry, but no smoking of any kind inside the house, nor vaping, nor candles, nor incense.
