Welcome to our newly renovated family lake house on beautiful Lincoln Lake, just 35 minutes north of Grand Rapids and 10 minutes from Greenville, MI. Enjoy over 400 acres of all-sports water, perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by the shore. You’ll have private lake frontage (100 ft), your own dock, and easy access to the public boat launch across the street. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This property has been fully updated from top to bottom, including new flooring, paint, ceilings, windows, decks, patios, siding, and landscaping offering both comfort and modern charm for your stay. The Space: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Two bunk beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): One bunk bed with full + twin (sleeps 2) Total Sleeping Capacity: 8 guests Bathrooms: Full bath upstairs (with tub) Full bath downstairs (with shower) Additional Features: Main floor day bed Lower level wet bar with commercial ice maker Front sunroom with two TVs, gas fireplace, and shuffleboard table Full kitchen with deck access and amazing sunset views Two patios with two firepits Two decks overlooking the lake Spacious yard — perfect for lawn games Kayaks and a dinghy boat (great for fishing) included during the season Golf cart rental available for stays of 5+ nights (by request) Guest Access You’ll have full access to the home, patios, decks, yard, and private dock. You’re welcome to tie up your own boat or use our dinghy boat during your stay. Note: The dock, dinghy boat, paddleboard, kayaks, and tiki hut are available seasonally (typically May 1 – September 28, weather dependent). Rates & Stay Details Nov 1 – May 15: $300/night (min 3 nights) Holiday: Dec 21 – Jan 4: $325/night Jan 31: $450/night May 16 – Sept 7: $400/night (min 5 nights) Golf cart rental available on request (5-night minimum stay) Fees: $150 pet fee • $125 cleaning fee • $450 refundable deposit Pet Policy We allow one house-trained dog (with proof of flea/tick treatment prior to arrival). Pet fee: $150 per stay Any damages must be covered by the booking guest within 3 days of checkout. More than one pet will result in immediate cancellation without refund. House Rules No parties or events allowed. Must be 25+ years old to book. Maximum of 8 guests on the property at any time. No unregistered visitors. Extra guests must be pre-approved and prepaid before check-in. Immediate eviction without refund for violations. Parking Parking for 2–4 vehicles in front of the house. Additional parking available across the street (in front of the fence). No overnight parking at the boat launch or on the street. Trailer parking available at a separate lot (no charge). Please avoid parking on grass areas due to underground sprinklers — damage fees apply. Other Notes Firewood provided for reasonable use. Electric Vehicle charging: $10/day upon request. AC/Heat: Please keep windows closed to maintain temperature. Splash pad: Roll up and store after use. Respect neighbors: Do not enter their property or use their lake access points. Our home is offered on a limited basis, we prefer a short stay, no monthly rental — this is our family’s forever home, and we’re happy to share it with guests who value comfort, nature, and the peaceful beauty of lake life.
