Outdoor stairs lead to a completely fenced, shady backyard with big lower deck overlooking the yard (another great view of Eagle Rock) and a separate sitting area in the yard. Walkable to all the fun stuff on Colorado, walkable to Vidiots (probably easier than parking there!) and will be walking able to the new location of Skylight Books and cafe that is going to be amazing. Renter pays for utilities. First month and deposit due at signing. Pets allowed, pet deposit applies. No smoking, please.
