As this is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is adjacent to my own residence, I am ONLY seeking tenants who will respect the quiet hours of the property. I also have a STRICT policy that this is a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property (including no smoking, vaping, or cannabis).
