Access to golf and tennis courts close by at the Cheviot Hills park. The location is an easy drive to Venice and Santa Monica beaches by car or you can take the metro train that you can easily walk to. Easy access to get to Fox studios , Sony Studios and to Century City and Westwood areas. Very centrally located in a beautiful area on the West side of Los Angeles. Two comfortable Adirondack chairs sit just outside of the bungalow for your enjoyment to relax, lunch or read in the garden of palm trees, flowers, and succulents with a flow of hummingbirds. Fully Furnished and also flexible to remove items if you have your own. It has a full stocked galley kitchen, beautiful wood floors, newly painted cream color walls, wood accents in a rustic contemporary setting. It has a large bay window that over looks the garden, with lots of natural light from the open skylight above. The guest house gets a cool breeze from the West side and also has air conditioning if needed. It has a classic brick fire place with oversized candles. The mahogany platform bed comes with a brand new high end posturpedic Queen size mattress, two dressers, a small 30” kitchen table with two super comfy retro chairs , a 50 inch flatscreen TV with swing arm to adjust for perfect viewing. The bungalow has a new fiber optic network with high speed WiFi and is all set up so it makes the move in easy. The ceiling fan and open skylight keeps it well circulating with air. It has overhead lighting, and a 3 way floor lamp, plenty of mirrors, and a private brand new stackable washer & dryer. The bathroom has a high pressure for hot shower enjoyment, Kohler toilet and sink and a walk-in closet with shelving. The grounds are beautifully maintained with palm trees, California Natives and succulents. The smell of sage, rosemary, lavendar and jasmine fill the air and hummingbirds love to frequent. The garden is weekly landscaped and maintained. The bungalow has your own private entrance. The parking is super easy with no street signs or meters so you never have to look for parking like other areas of LA . The property is located in a very convenient and safe neighborhood situated between Beverly Hills and Culver City. The location is a private residential area that is safe and central to most of West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Westwood, Century City and East access to the 10 and 405 freeway. We had the property on AirBnB and VRBO and received over 200 five star reviews. It’s now time to make it available for long term tenants. All we do is ask for you to treat the property as you would treat your own.
