A FEW THINGS TO KNOW This is a partially furnished home, giving you the convenience of furnished essentials while still leaving plenty of room for your own belongings and personal touches. The fourth bedroom is especially well suited as an office or flex room rather than a traditional bedroom. The home is located on a busier street, which provides excellent accessibility to the city but may not be the best fit if you're looking for a secluded or exceptionally quiet setting. Longer stays welcome. Utilities are included. 30-night minimum stay; longer stays welcome. Monthly rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi, water/sewer, trash, gas and electric. Utility usage up to $300/month is included. If usage exceeds $300/month for two consecutive months, the guest will be notified and charged for the amount over $300 going forward. 30 days' written notice is required for lease termination No smoking or vaping inside the home. Off-street parking is available in the driveway and parking pad. This is a partially furnished home. Furnishings and sleeping arrangements are as described in the listing; some rooms are intentionally left unfurnished for flexibility.
