About the Studio - Furnished (linens, rugs, cookware included) - Double bed - Ceiling fan - Three walls of windows (with curtains) - Utilities included - Approx. 11’ x 13’ - Separate outdoor bathroom & shower - Laundry facilities next to the studio Storage is minimal, but you may set up a small shed outdoors if needed. Terms - Available December 1st or January 1st - $1500/mo (includes utilities) - 1-year lease required - 1 month deposit - Proof of income, credit, and land lord references required - No pets - No AC This is a great, affordable space and most tenants stay for years. ?
