This condo is located in a quiet, established residential community surrounded by mature trees and greenery. The property sits in a convenient part of Seminole County, close to major roads like SR-434, SR-1792, SR-417, and Tuskawilla Road, making it easy to access shopping, dining, parks, and everyday services. There are also some excellent nearby international restaurants for foodies (Thai, Indian, Spanish). The condo community has a low-key, suburban feel, more calm and residential than flashy, appealing to people who value privacy and a slower pace. This unit is designed for practical living, with a functional layout, natural light, and a modest outdoor space (sun room). Parking is close to the unit, and the grounds are maintained with a focus on greenery rather than high-density development. The Condo has new flooring in the kitchen, a brand new refrigerator with a water dispenser on the door and an ice machine in the freezer. A brand new dishwasher is being installed on Saturday, 1/31/26 (photos coming soon). The kitchen sink features a brand new high faucet with a built in pull down sprayer. The condo also has a new HVAC system (2023) as well as a new water heater (2023). There is a small nook in the family room, where you can store a bookshelf or china cabinet. You can really use it for whatever you need. Currently, it's being used for the animals' dining area and a book storage space. The master bedroom suite has sliding doors as well, letting in a lot of natural light. It has one very large closet and a bathroom attached with a shower/tub, brand new sink faucet, new fixtures (light and vanity mirror, modern style), and a generously sized bathroom closet, as well as shelving above the toilet. New toilet installed in 2024. The living area is open with plenty of room for a sectional, a home media area, and a medium sized dining table (seating 4-6 people). The first guest room is currently being used as an office and has a very large closet for storage. It faces Sheoah Boulevard, letting in plenty of natural sunlight through the sliding doors in the mornings and throughout the afternoon. The second guest room also has slider doors and gets lots of natural light in the second part of the day. It also faces a nature conservation area, where you can spy on the neighborhood turkeys or bird watch. This room has 2 large closets for clothes/storage. The guest bathroom is located right in between the two guest rooms and has a shower/bath combo as well. It includes new fixtures in the tub and the sink as well as a brand new vanity mirror and light fixture, farmhouse style. Both bathrooms have brand new toilets (2024). You will have access to The Highlands community pool and the community pickle ball courts. Walking down Sheoah Blvd from the starting point (off SR-434) to the end provides a relaxing connection to nature. There is lush greenery along the sidewalks as you walk by residential neighborhoods, and there is a small park along the way for Highlands residents only. At the park, you'll find a playground, some grills, and a covered picnic area. It sits on a small body of water, which is very lovely. Overall, it's best described as a comfortable condo in a well-established neighborhood, ideal for someone looking for a quieter lifestyle while still being centrally located in Central Florida.
