Any clothes washer or dryer or AC unit present in the rental unit is a bonus to you. You can choose to use it or leave it. We will not for repair or replace any AC unit washer or dryer in the unit. You can choose to repair yourself, hire someone to repair, buy your own or use the laundromat.
