The room is currently furnished for our nine year old, we will be replacing drapes and bedding and removing everything prior to moving in, there’s a twin bed in there now for more space. We can purchase and provide a new full size bed and memory foam mattress if preferred. We also will provide periodic house cleaning services And carpet cleaning to keep the home fresh. The entire house is 1923 square feet. And the other rooms will eventually be occupied by other tenants when we all finishing moving out in June. So for 3 months you will also be living with a family And 2 dogs. We’re just getting a jump start on the one room For now. Generally the minimum stay is 3 months. There is no set contracts for length of stay. Just Give us 30 days notice prior to moving so we can find a new renter after you leave.
