Off the beaten path ,but close enough to walk to grocery stores, post office, resturaunts,SILVER SPRINGS STATE PARK in walking distance. Schools recreation parks ,Dr offices , just about everything just down Silver Springs Blvd. Ormand Beach just about 1 hr away and closer than that are many water Springs to enjoy for the day. Not to much traffic down this road ,woods in front and woods in the back ,nice neighbors on each side of house. There's a small Cottage on the same property just behind this house ,that has a privacy fence between the two places. There's a area for rent to park an RV on soon. All is divided with privacy fencing. The house is very roomy inside with the livingroom open to the dining room and kitchen. There's an open pantry shelves off to the side. Half bath in that area to backdoor. A nice back porch, screened in with indoor/out carpet and a table and chairs setup. Full bath has only a full shower, NO TUB. There is the split units AC/HEAT ,2 in the livingroom that takes care of the air for livingroom, dining and kitchen area ,theres one in each bedroom. A ceiling fan /light in diningroom area. Garage for washer/dryer and shelves ,storage ,NO VEHICLES to go in. Backyard and side yard is all granite mix ,no grass to mow ,has Tennessee mtn rock boarder ,with leaves for mulch at this time ,hoping to also put mulch in there soon. The shrub trees as they grow taller will give more privacy up along the privacy fence. Front yard also has the same shrubs to grow tall and that will be the privacy fence. Front driveway is crushed concrete with railroad ties for sides ,and more parking can be along the road on the grass beside the shrubs. Sidewalk is pavers up to sidewalk porch. Property manager will maintain the grounds of mowing , blowing leaves,watering the shrubs, triming, and picking up fallen branches. They are only minutes away ,if you have problems with anything . This house has been renovated in 2025 ,we have remodeled just about everything ,all new refrigerator, stove ,AC/heat units ,Tile shower. All ceilings,walls have been painted ,all new floors, in livingroom, breezeway ,hallway ,3 bedrooms ,other floors have tile. NO ACESS to attic, that is closed off. All New lighting in every room and smoke detectors. The outside of house has also been painted and all new landscaping The rent is $ 1650 a month does not include utilities , city water sewage, garbage pickup, or internet /cable. We require first and last month's rent upfront and $ 200 deposit non refundable for cleaning when leave. There is NO ANIMALS of any kind to be on the property and this is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY ,also.
