Pets discovered after move-in without prior approval may result in lease termination, so let's get your furry family members approved from the start. Accepted Pets: Dogs and cats (maximum 2 pets total) Weight limit:40 lbs per pet Age: Must be at least 1 year old Must be spayed/neutered Current on all vaccinations and licensing Required Documentation: Veterinary records showing current vaccinations Photo of each pet Previous pet reference (if applicable) Proof of renters insurance covering pet liability Pet Fees: Non-refundable pet fee: $300 per pet Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet Pet Restrictions: While we welcome most pets, we must follow insurance and city guidelines to ensure community safety.
