Monthly rent is $1,950 and includes electricity, water, WiFi, and yard maintenance. Maximum occupancy is two people. Two dedicated parking spots for tenants. We're excited to offer flexible leasing options tailored to your lifestyle our preferred short-term agreements (3, 6, or 9 months) provide the perfect low-commitment stay for adventurers or those in transition, while we happily accommodate longer-term arrangements for those ready to call this gem home. To keep things simple and secure for everyone, subletting isn't permitted, ensuring a stable, personal community feel. Adding to the property's warm, lived-in vibe, the owners cherish this as their vacation retreat in the inviting lower-level suite. Each suite has its own dedicated electric, HVAC, and water. All are included in the monthly rental price. From time to time, we visit for unwinding. When we do, you may hear or see our delightful Miniature American Shepherds who are joyful, playful, but only two would want to sniff or perhaps play with other dogs. They mainly keep to their own pack. They are our loyal companions who joyfully ensure that the area animals don’t eat all the food producing trees and plants in our permaculture food forest. They've got their own private fenced haven in the backyard for playtime, leaving plenty of open space for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's all part of what makes this suite feel like a welcoming escape!
