THE LAYOUT 1F: 2 queen bedrooms, full bathroom 2F: Living area, dining, full kitchen, terrace, powder room 3F: Master ensuite, queen+ full bed ensuite, balcony, laundry 4F: Rooftop retreat with skyline view & BBQ grill First Floor The moment you step in, you'll be greeted by two well-appointed private queen bedrooms, subtly connected to create a cozy, family-friendly layout. Each room offers soft bedding, ample closet space, and comfortable touches perfect for unwinding. A shared full bathroom connects the rooms for seamless access. Second Floor – Living room & Kitchen An airy, open-concept living space framed by tall 11-ft ceilings and natural light. Sink into plush seating in the living room while enjoying a 75” Smart TV, or gather around the large dining table designed for shared meals and memorable evenings. The chef-ready kitchen invites cooking and conversation, with stainless-steel Monogram appliances, full cookware essentials, a walk-in pantry, Nespresso station, and bar seating. Slide open the doors to the terrace for fresh air, morning coffee, or sunset chats. A stylish powder room completes this floor. Third Floor – Master Suites This floor is crafted for rest and rejuvenation. The master king suite feels like a private sanctuary complete with a spa-style bathroom featuring a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Step onto your private balcony for a breath of calm above the city. A second queen + full bedroom with its own ensuite bath offers comfort and privacy for additional guests. Laundry facilities on this level make long stays effortless. Fourth Floor – Rooftop w/Skyline Views Ascend to your elevated escape. Whether you're sipping cocktails at sunset or enjoying late-night conversations under the skyline, this space sets the stage for unforgettable moments. PARKING No garage access. Parking is available at the end of the driveway and additional free street parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage. Guest can access all 4 levels, including a private rooftop deck, during their stay. 24/7 self-check-in via keypad. Other things to note • 4 stories, no elevator • Pack ’n Play, crib, and high chair available only on request (please notify us before arrival). • Early check-in & late check-out available on request at $50 per hour (subject to availability). • Luggage drop-off is available on request (subject to availability). • Long-term stays allowed (28+ days) at discounted rate. Please note that we require a $500 security deposit hold placed 2 days before your arrival. Don’t worry — it will be released 2 days after checkout as long as there’s no damage to the property. For the safety and well-being of all guests, the fireplace is temporarily turned off for scheduled maintenance. The home is fully equipped with central heating, ensuring it stays warm and comfortable throughout your stay.
