The following additional may result in denial of your application: -Incomplete, incorrect, misleading, and/or fraudulent information on your application -Assessment of the current residence inspection -Adverse treatment of Wilson Real Estate employees during the application process HOLDING DEPOSIT A holding deposit is required after you have viewed the unit. The holding deposit is 25% of the rent amount, and will secure the unit for you, should your application be approved. These are accepted on a first come, first complete basis. Upon approval of your application, you have 48 hours to sign your lease, or you will forfeit your holding deposit, and the unit. If your application is approved, and you decide to not to move forward with the property, you will forfeit your holding deposit.
