Self-employed or retired applicants must provide the last 2 months of bank statements. Income Requirement: Applicant: Gross monthly income must meet or exceed three times the monthly rent amount. Multiple applicants' income will be combined. Credit History: Must have satisfactory credit and applicant must not have landlord debt in the last 7 years, collection accounts that exceed 24% of your credit profile, delinquent accounts exceed 24% of your credit profile, initial filing or eviction within the last three (3) years or multiple evictions within the last seven (7) years. Criminal History: Must have a satisfactory criminal background.
