Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio while listening to the waves, and take a short 2-minute walk to the beautiful St. Augustine beach. This apartment is designed with family-friendly amenities, including a pack n play, children's dinnerware and cups, booster/high chair, and games for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils needed for easy meals at home. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or table with seating for six, or explore nearby restaurants and cafes for dining options. The backyard is a haven with a hot tub, firepit, conversation set, putting green, and outdoor shower. Beach essentials like towels, chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a small drink cooler are supplied for your stay. This apartment is dog-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, and additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Located just one block from the beautiful St. Augustine beach on Anastasia Island, this apartment is only a 7-minute drive to the historic Downtown St. Augustine. Anastasia Island offers a laid-back vibe with attractions like the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum and Anastasia State Park, featuring 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches. A guidebook is provided in the apartment to help you explore this historic city like a local. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved prior to arrival. The property has a security camera installed at the front, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
