The backyard features a natural setting with mature trees and a tranquil landscape, offering a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. This home includes a brand-new hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Surf City, and a Tesla/Universal EV charger for guests traveling with electric vehicles. A maintenance fee of $70 is applicable if you wish to enjoy the hot tub during your stay. This fee covers professional cleaning and chemical balancing. Grocery stores, boutiques, and beach gear shops are conveniently close. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking premise, and absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal. All guests should be included on the reservation. Please ask permission for additional guests or visitors. No third-party bookings are permitted.
