This yard has a huge mansion of a chicken coop and a goat paddock if you'd like to have some farm animals. Residents can use the walking trails, one of which follows a creek and the other leads to a large overlook with a deck for stargazing. Access to the home is mostly paved, but there is gravel towards the end of the drive. You will love the landscaping, as well as having all utilities included in your rent. Owner pays for; Electricity Water/Septic Internet Wi-Fi included through SkyFi There are no washer & dryers or hookups onsite, tenants will have to use the laundromat. Enjoy peaceful mountain living in a unique, retreat-like setting with a scenic walking trail and tranquil pond.
