The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed set, and one bedroom with an additional queen bed. Extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens are provided, along with clothing storage and hangers. The fully equipped kitchen features a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, dishwasher, freezer, blender, baking sheet, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes and silverware. This pet-friendly home offers a hot tub for relaxation and a private backyard with patio dining, a propane fireplace, and a gas BBQ grill. The garage lounge features a pool table, mini-fridge, and TV for entertainment. A high chair is available, with a crib, pack 'n play, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. Free washer and dryer are available in the building. The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles. Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited.
