Features & amenities - Fully furnished - Wood fireplace - 2 laundry sets - 2-car garage - Furnished deck - No A/C (mountain climate) Location Located in Summit Park, a quiet mountain community perfectly positioned between Salt Lake City (30 min) and Park City (under 30 min). Canyons Village is under 20 minutes away. Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and the Cottonwood Canyon resorts are about 45 minutes in good conditions. Walking and mountain biking trails are accessible directly from the neighborhood. Great for EPIC and ICON pass holders. Move-in costs Application fee: $35 (nonrefundable) Security deposit: $4500 First month's rent (prorated) ~$4,500 Lease initiation fee: $450 (one time, nonrefundable) Monthly Costs: Rent: $4,500 Utilities: All utilities in tenant's name Security deposit is refundable less cleaning and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
